A man walks many paths in his life, and although a man’s Freedom stretches over the infinity of paths, not all paths are equal in Freedom. Many path’s offer a Freedom that only extends so far, and it is these paths that are often taken. For it is the path that has not been taken, the path that is unpaved and dark, that oftentimes offers the Truest Freedom, the Freedom that extends the furthest. It is in the darkness of the path that a Man is forced to discover his luminous inner-light in order to light and pave the road ahead. It is in this discovery that a Man’s Truest Freedom is found. This luminous light within contains the gifts of his individuality. A gift to himself and the world around him. This individuality offers the key to his own unique and luminous gifts he has to offer the world. And his greatest gift is the giving of these gifts. This is where his Truest Freedom lies. Although oftentimes, the Man is not done. There will come a time when once again the Man will have to venture into the darkness of a path, so he may once again find his luminous inner-light. Only this time reaching further, further into his individuality, further into his inner-light, and further into his Freedom. All the while allowing his light to shine brighter upon the world.

We are connected to the Universe in the very same manner in which we are connected to the trees. The trees exhale oxygen, in which we inhale, and we exhale carbon dioxide that the trees inhale. This is the inherent state of our relationship with the trees. Whether you are aware of this or not, or intentionally do it or not, this is the way of things regardless. In fact it is built on this, because if things were any other way they could not exist. The trees will continue to inhale your exhale and vice versa, regardless of your intention to do so or not. Although bringing your attention and your intention to such is a powerful thing, likely because it is the same principle in which the whole Universe functions. The Universe, Great Spirit, or God, whatever force you title it, flows into us giving us life and everything that exists life, and it flows out of us through our experience. It gives us Life and in return it experiences itself through us, in which we are giving it Life. It is a simultaneous act of giving and receiving and vice versa. Just like the relationship between the breath that gives us life, and the tree's life. This occurred to me in a practice, in which I received the unconditional love of the Universe, and then followed by giving my love unconditionally to all. As I began giving my love unconditionally, I realized I was also instantly and simultaneously receiving love, filling me with energy, joy, and the feeling of infinite love. As I looked at the trees, I saw the analogy that I explained. At this time that the analogy occurred to me, I realized not only was this the relationship between Us and The Trees, but was the relationship prevalent between all Life and things within the Universe. I realized that it was an analogy to the very state of the Universe, as it is the same manner of relationship that encompasses over all within It. This also explains why breathe work can be so powerful for many, and all if we choose so. It happens instantaneously, and simultaneously without us even thinking about it, but bringing our attention to it empowers The Universe, and us, enabling the relationship between the two to flow in more perfect unison, more powerfully and profoundly. Its immense power resides in the fact that the basic principle in which the Universe is built on is this relationship of unconditional giving and receiving. Allow me to explain, essentially, the Whole Universe and life itself is built on the love for one another, and it does so in a way that will exist regardless of our consciousness or attention over it, but drawing our consciousness to it allows us to pull from the infinite free love of the Universe. It is designed in such a beautiful and perfect way, where no matter what you choose, in just being alive, love is apparent, because your every breath is the act of receiving love, allowing you to Live, and you’re exhaling the act of giving it, allowing the Trees to Live. So in this way, the realization that love is all there truly is, is apparent, since the very act of breathing the basic necessity(the root/base) of living, is unconditional giving and receiving. It is through these acts of unconditional giving and receiving, that the Universe provides life to all. Through the power of unconditional love. If you begin observing, you will likely see the very same principle occur in an analogical way all the way up from the functions of the planet, solar system, galaxy, and so on, and all the way down to the individual, the plant, and the cells that make them up, just as I've done with the Trees and Man. This is, the very State of the Universe.
